The Knife Roll is designed for professional chefs, outdoor cooking enthusiasts, or anyone looking to protect and transport a full set of knives and culinary accessories. Designed in collaboration with Denver-based chef Jeff Osaka (of Osaka Ramen, Sushi-Rama, and the late Twelve restaurant), this limited edition piece combines practical functionality with durable materials and refined details -- providing a handsome, heirloom-quality alternative to the standard kitchen tool case.
Constructed from our heavy-duty 20oz Grey waxed canvas and detailed with 8oz undyed natural cowhide and solid brass hardware. Interior flap is lined with lightweight (10.10oz) Flame waxed canvas. Interior features include 12 interior slots to hold knives and other kitchen tools along with a full-height zippered pocket for smaller tools and accessories (pocket folds out to give access to knife slots underneath). Knife slots are reinforced with double rows of stitching and brass rivets. Additional features include organizational panel with slots for pens, Sharpies, and business cards. Case secures with solid brass buckles and includes a detachable, adjustable leather shoulder strap for more comfortable carrying.
Edition of 50. Each limited edition roll features an individually numbered, laser-etched leather cuff.
